Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at thenolimitsclub@gmail.com or contact us through our website. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days as required under Hong Kong law.
Warranty Policy
We provide warranties on products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty provided with each product. Please refer to individual product listings and descriptions for specific warranty coverage and duration.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you discover a defect and wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period at thenolimitsclub@gmail.com with a description of the problem and proof of purchase. We will determine if the product qualifies for repair/replacement under the warranty.
For valid warranty claims, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product to us. We will bear the shipping costs for returns related to warranty claims.
Warranty repairs or replacements will be made within a reasonable timeframe at our discretion and within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement products may consist of new or refurbished units.
If we determine the problem is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of the reason and provide an estimate for any repairs that may be possible at your request and expense. The return shipping cost for rejected warranty claims will be paid by the customer.
