Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders delivered within Hong Kong S.A.R..
Shipping Methods and Timeframe
We offer standard ground shipping through S.F. Express in Hong Kong S.A.R. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, unless a specific longer timeframe is indicated.
Free Delivery
Orders over HKD 500 receive free standard shipping. Orders under HKD 500 incur a HKD 30 shipping fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order total, weight, dimensions and destination postal code. Any applicable taxes, surcharges and fees imposed by the courier will be included in the shipping costs shown.
We make efforts to calculate and display the full shipping costs during checkout. However, if unforeseen charges apply, we reserve the right to invoice the additional fees.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
We will send shipping confirmation with courier tracking information when your order ships. Please note tracking updates may lag behind actual delivery. We are not liable for delivery delays inaccurately shown in tracking.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days upon delivery for refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect. Please see our full Refund Policy for more details.
Delivery Delays
Delivery services may be delayed when typhoon signal, red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted in Hong Kong. We are not liable for weather-related delays.
Serviceable Areas
We currently only make deliveries within Hong Kong S.A.R, except Asia World Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and other restricted districts and areas that vans cannot easily access.
